Job Description
  • We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to generate leads by cold calling. 
  • You will be responsible for influencing potential customers and generate interest in our services.
  • You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. 
  • The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele. 
  • The candidate must have a basic understanding of digital marketing and the main aim of the candidate would be to generate new leads and bring in new Potential clients.

Responsibilities

  • Cold call potential clients
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
  • Use scripts to provide information about our services
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
  • Persuade the customer to meet the field sales manager
  • Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service will be preferred
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
  • Excellent communication
  • Proficient in English
  • Patient and able to handle customer rejection
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing including SEO, SEM, website development, graphic design, Email marketing, mobile, etc.
  • Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
