Job Description

Core responsibilities shall include:

  • Identification and acquisition
  • Inventory coordination & status management
  • Service Provider community management and documentation
  • c.Key relationship management - users and inventory partners
  • d.Coordination between company, users and inventory partners to ensure execution of orders
  • e.Community Management
  • Database acquisition, sorting, management, validation and maintenance
  • Management of community communications
  • Administration and oversight of user community interaction
  • Social media management
  • f.CRM manag                        
  • g.MIS

We are aggregating verified & curated Meeting, Conference & Training facilities, Day Offices, Shared Workspaces, Office Space leasing, associated services like secretarial, catering etc. into an easy access application with search, comparison and total fulfilment capability.

What Is The Need?

All companies, of all sizes need meeting, training and conference facilities from time to time. Creating such facilities and infrastructure for occasional usage does not make economic sense. Companies rely on available readymade infrastructure. However, due to opacity and other difficulties in discovery, best fit solutions that may be available within reach are missed out on. Having an easy and comprehensive discovery mechanism with complete facilitation will ease life considerably for both facility owner and users.

Companies today are reaching out to newer geographies and need to use spaces which help them in being seen as professional and organized. The old ideas of using industrial space and shops as offices at their own locations and using noisy crowded coffee shops no longer work for the image businesses want to project.

There are many service providers with space with huge vacancies as well as offices with unutilized infrastructure or excess capacity that are happy to let their premises. But the effort involved in individually creating discovery mechanisms is huge and non-viable.
