Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and help expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and proactively seek out new business opportunities for Navnow Holidays.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their travel preferences and needs.
  • Promote and sell holiday packages, including couple vacations, leisure trips, and custom travel itineraries.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
  • Stay updated on the latest travel trends and destinations, offering valuable insights to clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and convert leads into bookings.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system (e.g., Odoo).
  • Assist in organizing and attending travel-related events and expos as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of the travel industry, destinations, and packages is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Odoo) is an advantage.
