We have an excellent opportunity for the position of SALES EXECUTIVE FOR MUMBAI branch
Position Description: Sales Executive

Job Descriptions:

Responsible for promoting and selling memberships to potential new clients and selling renewals/upgrades to current gym members along with other income(Corporate sales, PT training, Nutrition Program)
Responsible for having complete Product, Pricing and Promotion knowledge for the
Responsible for Referral Program, Up selling, and cross selling.
Responsible to enter all details of customers, walks ins, customer enquiry etc in the our computer program
Responsible for making courtesy calls to all new members and thereafter once a month to maintain relationships and ensure the members is regular in using the fitness centre
Enrolling new members and assisting current members with their queries
Greeting members and users of the fitness centre as they come through reception
Checking in members and verifying memberships
Registering prospective members and guiding them to the correct person
Providing information on classes and availability
Ensuring the safety and security of visitors, members and staff at all times and taking a responsible attitude towards maintaining the premises and facilities of the Fitness Centre
Welcoming members and visitors to the Fitness Centre and providing accurate information concerning programmes and activities
Creating an excellent first impression of the fitness centre by providing a warm welcome, tidy appearance and pleasant manner at all times
Handling telephone enquiries, recording messages from incoming calls and transferring calls
Maintaining a clean and tidy environment, both behind and in front of the counter
Recording and keeping clear and accurate records of all queries, complaints, lost property and repairs and ensuring the information is delegated to, and resolved by, the relevant department
Cashing up and banking at the end of each shift and ensuring that shifts are balanced accurately completing relevant documentation
Undertake other duties, of a similar professional nature and commensurate with the role, at the request of the seniors.
Attending to walk-in inquiries, telephonic inquiries, trials, and all member needs in the club.
Making follow up calls to inquiries, trials, renewals and members with balance payments.
Retaining current members and finding ways to improve the member database.
Achieving sales targets and making sales follow up calls.
Social media promotion
Perform any other job/responsibility as directed by the seniors.

Salary : salary plus attractive incentives., 15k in hand plus incentives upto 30k per month.

Minimum 3- 6 months of sales experience required in Gym /Fitness centre membership sales
Shift Timings: 7 am to 3 pm or 12.30 pm to 8.30 pmApNow
