To further expand our Sales team, we are looking for a Sales Executive for Mumbai location having 1-2 year experience in Freight Forwarding/ NVOCC.

Major role and responsibilities
-Responsible for securing on-boarding new customers preferably Direct accounts (Shippers, manufacturers, traders, etc.)
-Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the department.
-Conduct and report minimum number of sales leads set by the management and transform a minimum of those into revenue generating business.
-Maintain records of customer details/ sales visits.
-Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
-Support customer service desk and work closely with operations and documentation on the execution of customer service contracts.
-Take part in the overall business development through weekly/ monthly sales meetings.

A good understanding about ocean and air import/ export and being able to communicate effectively are the key criterias required for this role.
