Proven experience in field sales and store sales, preferably in a similar industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of closing sales deals.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of sales techniques and principles.
Flexibility to travel for field sales visits as required.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
