Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive or retail industry. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best car detailing solutions.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate detailing services and packages
- Provide detailed information on services, pricing, and promotions
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities as needed
*Qualifications:*
- 0-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive or retail industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of car detailing services is a plus
- Graduate/ diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus
