• Appointment of the Sales Team, supervision & motivation of Team
• Creating distribution network, managing and motivation of Distributors
• Gathering Data, maintaining and analyzing data, take action based on the data
• Keep track of competition and informing company from time to time
• Key areas are execution of company strategy and follow up to deliver results
• Setting objectives for the team and individuals based on accepted ASM objective
• Creating a tour plan for team members
• Maintaining relationship with key business influencers
• Achieving set targets of people, network & sales
• Maintaining DSR, Expenses etc of the team members
