Job Description

  • Working with and supporting the Center Manager and marketing team to generate a continuous flow of enquiries and converting them into memberships at the Centre
  • Handling telephonic and walk-in enquiries at the centre.
  • Making outbound calls to Our Interested members / other enquiry database and offering them solutions
  • Following the defined sales process to convert Enquiries into members
  • Making required number of calls for following up with Enquiries which are not converted
  • Meeting Sales and conversion Targets
  • Interfacing with walk-in customers, explaining to them features of Centre and converting them to
  • Premium Membership
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Should be comfortable to take up Sales Profile
  • Should have minimum 0-1 year of experience into telesales / outbound sales.
  • Should be flexible in handling calls
  • Having good communication skills
