· Shift - Day Shift
· Average English-Speaking candidates with at least 2-3 months Sales
experience. (Fresher is also eligible if candidate is confident)
· Qualification - Graduate & Undergraduate
Responsibilities:
Generate sales opportunities and close sales by educating, qualifying, and presenting products and services to prospective clients
Relentlessly pursue clients, focusing on decision makers and influencers
Meet and exceed sales revenue goals, and deliver results through achieving quota
Oversee a team of sales professionals and agents
Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve team / individual objectives
Inform and collaborate within and across departments to drive overall sales targets
Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective partners
Drive customer acquisition strategies through both, inbound and outbound campaigns
Coordinate implementation of sales strategies through marketing, product development, and customer service
Manage customer inquiries and complaints
Create and manage sales plans
Conduct market research, and competitor analysis
Develop and maintain client relationships
Help customers understand how our products and services meet their business needs
Skills:
Be able to communicate both orally and in writing
Must be skilled in closing the sale
Must be organized, self-motivated, and possess excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle unforeseen goals
