Job Description:-

  • Making calls on a lead provided by the company.
  • Responsible for New Client Acquisition.
  • Aggressively achieving the sales target.

  • Analyzing customers requirements and providing them solutions as per needs.
  • Continuous follow up with the customers and building & retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements

  • Candidates should be capable of selling a high rise residential properties.
  • Pointing out a properties best feature to buyer and answering their questions.
  • Maintaining good relation with the existing and new channel partners

  • Excellence in sales and marketing with a positive attitude & team playing ability.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Candidate must have the ability to work independently.

  • Candidate should be goal-oriented.
