Responsible to build customer relationships at appropriate levels on the shop floor and other departments
Achieve month-wise sales objectives in his/her area Overall Volume Target, Range Selling Target, reach and depth of Distribution target.
Educate customers on new products and customer / consumer benefits
Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
Evaluate customers skills, needs and build long-lasting relationships
Meet personal and team sales targets
Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
