Day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Generate leads to potential business clients through proactive outbound prospecting. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services

2. Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics

3. Follow up on company-generated leads and obtain new leads through referrals

4. Build trust with our clients by responding to inquiries, developing accounts, and generating quotes

5. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

6. Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise

7. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

8. Set up and maintain accurate customer and prospect profiles and records in our sales database

Minimum Requirement:

Good Communication Skills
