• Understanding customers requirement and budget.
• Study and review of Real Estate projects of the city and preparation of Competitive analysis.
• Convincing the customers and closing the Deal.
• Develop new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Ensuring Daily Activity Report is being completed and submitted to Team Lead.

• Maintaining the brand & getting more bookings with the effective Market Research.

• Client Handling of real estate.

• An ability to drive the deal till the closure.

Who are we looking for:

· Experience in Real estate

· Good knowledge of Excel,Ms office

· Ability to create and maintain professional relationships

· Good understanding of real estate market, especially in West Pune

· Proven experience of achieving sales targets

· Excellent communication and persuasion skills with an attitude of

persistence.
