Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales    targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development. 

Sales Management:

• Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute sales plans, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives.
• Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress, address challenges, and set new goals.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

•  Personally contribute to sales efforts by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the design and delivery teams to ensure seamless project handovers and successful client outcomes. 

Market Analysis and Strategy:

• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market changes to inform sales strategies.
• Provide market feedback to the leadership team for product/service enhancements and improvements.

Qualifications:

•        Proven experience in software sales and business development.
•        Demonstrated success in leading and managing a sales team.
•        Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and industry best practices.
•        Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•        Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
•        Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
