Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities and drive sales growth for events through effective prospecting and lead generation.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their event needs and providing tailored solutions.

• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our event services.

• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and clients.

• Attend industry events and networking functions to enhance the company's visibility and foster key relationships.

Requirements:

• Graduation is not a constraint.

• Disciplined, Systematic, Problem-solving skills are required.

• Immediate joiner or with less than 15 days of notice period.

• Flexible for rotational shift (Working hours 10 [9 hours working with 1 hour break])

• Willingness to work from the office.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication English (Written).

• Proficient reading/comprehension skills.

• Should have a great customer handling skill.

• High level of acceptance.
