Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Description: Ananya Solar Technologies is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the solar industry.

Responsibilities:
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar industry.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
● Understand client requirements and provide tailored solar solutions to meet their needs.
● Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
● Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with clients.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
● Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
● Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation to clients.
● Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to management.
● Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and services and expand the network of contacts. 

Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
● Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the solar industry.
● Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Strong understanding of solar products, technology, and industry trends.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
● Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM software.
● Willingness to travel within the designated territory as required.
