JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Shall be responsible for achieving a given sales target, profitability margin.

1.     Grooming, presentability and maintaining personal hygiene as per professional standard defined in company policy.       

2.     Punctuality in reporting at stores daily at a given time  

3.     Working dedicatedly as per work instruction charts and system and process set in the company.            

4.     Should grasp the total products knowledge is the limited decided period of time, able to pass internal regular tests during training as well as regularly.         

5.     Practising ethical standards in terms of no record of theft, sharing company data to third party and sharing the company’s internal data to an outsider.            

6.     Practising greetings, understanding, explaining, selling and thanking (G.U.E.S.T) technique in the most efficient manner and scoring acceptable % in internal mystery audit, apple mystery audit, social platform ratings.           

7.     Achieving given Quarterly Sales Target of for Line of Business (LOB) i.e. I-Phone, Mac, I-Pad, Watch and Accessories

8.     Achieving the percentage of Profit Targets.         

9.     Be a good team player and maintaining friendly relationship management with all.
