ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


GENERATING SALES & ENQUIRIES is the primary objective of a person employed under this role. This opening is primarily for the promotion and sales of Medical Equipment in Karnataka. 


The probable candidate is to be based of the below listed locations only :

1. Bangalore

2. Mangalore


These include:


  • Primarily engage with SALES of assigned medical equipment in the assigned territory of Karnataka. Travel to the assigned areas within Karnataka as required with valid permits from the required authorities
  • To engage in COLD CALLING & PROMOTION of Medical Equipment (Capital equipment & consumables) assigned with decision makers & users (Doctors, Operation Theatre (OT) Staff (Head Nurses & Brothers) in Hospitals (Private & Government),Private Clinics & Medical Colleges (Private and Medical).
  • To provide relevant information during ENQUIRY regarding technical doubts raised by Doctors, OT department , Purchase committees
  • Effectively build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor product pitch according to their specifications.
  • To generate LEADS from relevant buyers through Cold Calling Direct Walk-ins/ Tele-calling / Emailing.
  • DEMOS & APPLICATION SUPPORT : To provide demo of the assigned products to the interested customers. Effectively communicate the key features and benefits of assigned products. Attend CMEs, Workshop and group meetings in conjunction with the Marketing Specialist as agreed.
  • PROPOSAL & NEGOTIATIONS, FOLLOW-UP & CLOSE : Provide proposal to interested customers , negotiate in line with company directives and follow up to secure orders on behalf of the company
  • AFTER SALES SUPPORT Assist in the installation of existing orders . Service Coordination for your territory. Maintain contact with existing customers for creating good reference points.
  • Achieve SALES TARGETS for company's brand by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories product wise by directly working with Hospitals & related segments
  • Ensure all behaviors are exhibited in the lines of Company's vision, mission and values.
  • Focusing on updating ones knowledge and skills.
  • Effectively executing the plan agreed with Sales Manager and giving regular feedback regarding the same.
  • Achieving sales target assigned to your territory.
  • Comply with Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & Integrity.
  • Smart graduates with flair and interest for sales.
  • Monthly Sales Reports to be Generated

Desired Candidate Profile


1. Previous relevant experience is required of 1-4 yrs is DESIRED

2. OWN TWO WHEELER VEHICLE AND VALID LICENCE IS A MUST

3. We are looking for successful Sales executives with 1 plus years of experience in sales and business development of medical equipment , products and services. Freshers may also apply.

4. We are looking for highly motivated candidates who can develop relationships with new customers and retain old customers with good interpersonal and technical skills in the field of Medical Equipment.

5. This is predominantly a SALES ROLE in Medical Equipment only candidates with an aptitude/interest in this role are welcome to apply.

6. Knowledge of the Healthcare industry/ medical products/ equipment / technologies would be helpful.

7. Fluency in English and the local language is a plus for which location you have applied.

8. Proficiency in Microsoft word /Excel/Power point desirable.

9. Willingness to travel in the assigned geography to meet business needs.

10. This is a technical sales role which requires candidates to travel, meet new doctors, hospitals, medical colleges.

11. Should be smart and presentable.

12. Should be sincere, honest and hardworking.
