  • Responsible for generating revenue through given sales leads.
  • Calling prospective leads that are generated by internal/external sources.
  • Scheduling and conducting regular meetings with the Customers/Clients & participating in events
  • Understanding the need of customers and catering their Requirements accordingly.
  • Taking customers for project sites and getting site visit done and briefing on project USPs thoroughly.
  • Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product launch.
  • Report on sales activities to senior management
  • Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors
Desired Profile/Requirements


• 1 year- 4 years of work experience in Real Estate Sales.
• Candidate must possess excellent communication skills and Highly Presentable
• Candidates should have experience in outbound calling.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
• Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
• Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
• Dynamic, aggressive, result-oriented and self-starter.
• Own conveyance is a must.
