Achieving targeted sales revenues, from Travel Agents and Corporate segment
Responsibilities and Duties
- Calling upon Travel Agents and Corporates; handling inbound calls and queries; making outbound calls to potential customers
- Sending promotional mails and responding to emails
- Achieving targeted sales volumes
- Back-office and support functions, including operating the reservations system/channel manager/OTA extranets, updating and maintaining customer database, interacting with OTAs and Agents on email and telephone, doing basic accounting
- Coordinating between guests and hotels
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years sales experience, with a hotel chain/ hotel marketing and representation company/ OTA
- Good communications skills
- General familiarity with hotel pricing and packaging
- Basic spreadsheets
- Knowledge of operating a channel manager/reservations system/ OTA extranet desirable
