Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
Understand products and services offered by and be able to train Merchants on same.
Identify and convince new Merchants to adopt services.
Ensure that Merchants have required documentation and are trained as per systems.
Support Merchants by helping them on various Google process and policies
Own and manage the integration of a portfolio of Merchants being launched.
Track and monitor performance of Merchants on a day to day basis.
Launch a high number of Merchant every day as daily and weekly goals.
Prior Experience and skills:
At least 0-24 months of experience in field sales
Bachelor's degree required.
Passion for e-commerce is required.
Experience in scan and payor online wallet business is preferred
Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
Experience in prospecting, product presentations, negotiation and influencing third-party service providers.
Basic understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India with prior interactions with Merchants
