**Job Description: Sales Executive - Use Car Loan **

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive specializing in Use car Loans and to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage potential customers through outbound calls, educate them about our Use car, loan products and real estate offerings, and convert leads into sales opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market and use car loan processes, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers who have shown interest in Use car loans.

2. Provide information about our company's use car loan products, listings, and related services.

3. Understand customer requirements, address their queries effectively, and guide them through the sales process.

4. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

5. Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into clients.

6. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

7. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations affecting Use car loan.

8. Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

**Requirements:**

1. Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role in the Use car loan industry.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Language(s)].

3. Strong knowledge of Use car loan processes, mortgage products, and real estate market dynamics.

4. Ability to engage and build rapport with prospective customers over the phone.
