Title: Sales Field Associate - Fasteners and Screws

Location: SAS Nagar (This is a field job).

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Field Associate to join our team. The Sales Field Associate will be responsible for promoting and selling our comprehensive range of fasteners and screws to potential clients within their designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities
• Conduct regular visits to client sites to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
• Provide product demonstrations and technical assistance as needed
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals and achieve sales targets
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding market reach and increasing revenue
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the fasteners or industrial supplies industry
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
