Qualifications
:
- Degree in
Business Administration, Information Systems or equivalent
- Must have
at least 1 year of experience as a Salesforce consultant
- Certified
as a Sales Cloud Consultant andor a Service Cloud Consultant
- Fluent in
the use cases for standard Salesforce objects and fields
- Familiar
with Salesforce governance limits

Familiarity with popular AppExchange apps and email integrations is a plus
- Proven
experience of having worked with Salesforce developers to deliver solutions
- Experience
with Lucidchart or an equivalent tool
- Strong and
structured presentation, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal
skills
- Tremendous
attention to detail

Result-driven with a deadline-oriented approach
- Ability to
juggle multiple projects and deliverables
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Gather
requirements from clients while simultaneously guiding them on best practices
and recommendations
- Structure
solutions and various implementation options in an easily understandable format
to enable clients to make educated decisions
- Coordinate
with the Technical Consultants for advanced solution design
- Document
user stories, functional requirements, process flows and test scripts
- Create,
own and manage the project timeline
- Create and
customize objects and fields, user interfaces, reports and dashboards, flow and
process builders, and feature settings
- Manage
user access through a combination of identity settings, security policies, SSO
configuration, sharing rules, permissions and roles
- Manage
users and object records continually and pre-emptively
- Coordinate
with Administrators to configure the system
- Implement
solutions in keeping with governance limits

Collaborate with and guide developers to deliver a solution aligned with the
user story
- Manage
releases in keeping with the project timeline
- Be
responsible for providing weekly timesheets to the client
- Drive
status calls with clients to discuss timelines, resources and risks
- Drive
ad-hoc calls with clients to gather requirements, provide demos and collect
feedback
- Manage
client sign-offs on key milestones and overall project delivery
- Prioritize
backlog tasks for the development team
- Provide
ad-hoc train-the-trainer, user and administrator sessions to clients

and foster a hyper agile cycle of quick feedback gathering, development and
testing.
