IHS Markit jobs - Sales force Training Associate

Are you an experienced Sales for cetrainer and looking for a new challenge?

This role will involve building and maintaining training schedules for all levels of users as well as ensuring the training is adapted into their workflow processes to ensure maximum engagement and adoption. You should therefore have experience in providing both group and individual training sessions, as well as a strong working knowledge of Salesforce.

What You'll Do

Identify, design and give Salesforce training

Develop training plans based on personas

Give new user training

Provide training on best practices

Support migration training programs

Generate and update required training collateral

Identify changes that impact users

Craft key messages that must be communicated

Collect and manage feedback from sponsors, users

Following corporate tone and branding

What You Need to Get the Job Done

Sales force expert

Related work experience training

Excellent PowerPoint skills

Outstanding presentation Skills

Strong Visio (or equivalent) skills

Demonstrated ability to create training collateral and process documentation

Demonstrated ability to successfully develop training programs

Experience in providing Virtual training

Experience working in an Agile development environment

Working knowledge of the Atlassian development suite (JIRA/Confluence)
