Job Description:
1. Travel extensively to meet students, teachers, and distributors to learn the dynamics of sales/products
2. Form a demand generation strategy and budget for the
academic session
3. Execute the strategy with the team and improvise regularly based on the response/data
4. Generate demand regularly for our books by nurturing relationships (including workshops) regularly
5. Developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
6. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships
7. partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
8. Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
9.Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
Requirements:
* Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
* Previous experience as a sales manager or sales and marketing director
*Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization.
*Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
* Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
*Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Location: Agra Dayalbagh (AGRA)

Salary: 30 -60k
