Job Responsibilities
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships•
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence•
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team •
  • Owning and hitting/exceeding Monthly/Annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts•
  • To design incentive/reward plans for the team, handling Presales and Sales Team •
  • To always update himself/herself on the status of the leads and regularly discuss them with the team•
  • Managing hiring, sales targets, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives•
  • Regular Follow-up calls with leads and for revisits as well•
  • Thoroughly explaining project to the client and negotiating price•
  • Follow-up for Loan Disbursement with Client & Bank•
  • Follow-up on Registration for Agreement with Client & Developers•
  • Prepare MIS on daily/weekly/monthly basis•
  • Reporting to Directors and stakeholders as needed•
  • Visit other sites if required•
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events•
  • To keep himself/herself abreast with the trends of the industry.
Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Marketing or similar, MBA preferred•
  • 7-12 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate industry (residential or commercial)•
  • Strong and demonstrated experience in sales, forecasting and business development•
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience managing sales teams of 10-20 people •
  • Extremely proficient with Power Point Presentations, Spreadsheets and Work Flow Documentation/SOPs•
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization•
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close•
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise•
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
