Title: Sales Head
Job Location: Vastu Vihar (TBCPL)

Salary Range: 30,000-50,000
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the company.
2. Lead a team of sales executives and monitor their performance closely.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry and adjust sales approaches accordingly.
4. Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns tailored towards specific target markets.
5. Forecast sales revenues accurately using data analysis tools and techniques.
6. Monitor competitors' activities to stay informed about their pricing policies, products, and services.
7. Establish relationships with key accounts and negotiate contracts with them.
8. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to sales practices and anti-corruption laws.
9. Provide regular updates on sales progress and make recommendations for improvements where necessary.
10. Participate actively in professional development initiatives such as conferences and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
11. Act as a spokesperson for the sales department when communicating with stakeholders including clients, investors, employees, and partners.
12. Prepare periodic reports summarizing sales performances and presenting them to upper management.
13. Continuously improve sales processes by analyzing feedback from sales representatives and implementing changes accordingly.
14. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
15. Foster a positive work environment within the sales department and encourage teamwork among its members.
16. Continually assess the effectiveness of internal sales procedures and recommend ways to optimize operations while ensuring efficiency and profitability.
17. Assist in hiring and training new sales representatives whenever needed.
18. Stay updated on emerging technologies or systems which can be beneficial for improving sales and productivity.
19. Communicate effectively with both internal departments like finance, HR etc., and external customers/partners.
20. Meet regularly with top performers in sales to discuss areas of improvement and celebrate successes.
21. Identify potential new markets for expanding into based on changing consumer behavior patterns.
22. Develop a comprehensive business plan outlining objectives, strategies and action plans for achieving annual goals.
23. Attend meetings with sales reps to review individual performance metrics, provide guidance and motivate staff.
24. Manage budget allocation efficiently to maximize ROI on sales investments.
25. Work collaboratively with other managers across various departments (including but not limited to Marketing, Finance) to coordinate overall strategic planning efforts.
26. Handle escalated customer complaints professionally and ensure they're resolved satisfactorily.
27. Encourage innovation through brainstorming sessions involving cross-functional teams.
28. Motivate sales personnel by recognizing outstanding achievements and offering incentives accordingly.
29. Represent the organization at industry events and networking opportunities.
30. Contribute to the continued growth and success of the organization.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience leading sales teams in a corporate setting.
• Strong track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing large teams, fostering collaboration and driving results.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications, CRM software, and data analytics tools.
• Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Knowledgeable about current market trends and competitive landscape.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
• Proactive attitude with willingness to take initiative and propose innovative solutions.
