Location-Bangalore
• Driving, tracking, managing and reporting Primary and Secondary sales in the territory
• Owning responsibility for all promotional activities in the Bangalore territory
• Preparing comprehensive business plans and breakdown of primary and secondary targets for the team
• FMCG Channel Management: Managing distributors and dealers, right from their appointment to their ongoing coordination, business relationship and sales performance
• Developing strong analytical, tactical and organizational skills for channel partners
• Monitoring competitor activities and devising effective counter measures
• Team management: End-to-end responsibility of a team for driving sales and performance against targets
• Establishing comprehensive geographic coverage for the territory
• Creating new potential retailer points for the company
• Ensuring best in class in-store execution and compliance
• Ensuring collection of receivables are happening on tim
