Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Customer Engagement:
- Engage with prospective travelers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, itineraries, and travel options.
- Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.
2. Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Promote and sell a wide range of travel products, including packages, flights, hotels, and tours.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and strategies.
- Negotiate and close deals with customers to maximize revenue.
3. Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, destinations, and offerings.
- Continuously expand your knowledge of our travel products to provide accurate and informed recommendations to customers.
4. Travel Planning:
- Create customized travel itineraries based on customer preferences and budgets.
- Handle booking arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
5. Customer Support:
- Provide pre-trip and post-trip support to customers, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Assist with travel-related issues and emergencies as needed.
6. Documentation and Administration:
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation of travel bookings and customer information.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless travel arrangements.
