Job Description

1. Sales executives must have good interpersonal skills to deal with buyers

2.Must be good negotiators

3. Sales executives need good marketing skills to enable them to present a persuasive picture of a property.

4.Should be responsible for generating clients through direct sales activities, prospecting clients for site visits through call, email and off-site meetings, and closing deals to achieve monthly target.

5. This role requires to work on weekends and so week-off.

6. Strong verbal communications skills.

7. Good listening and presentation skills.

8.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
