Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research and identify potential clients in assigned geographic areas
2. Handle lead generation through meetings, networking, and referrals
3. Prepare sales forecasts and monitor sales metrics
4. Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly sales activity reports and publish as per the sales process
5. Plan to ensure the achievement of divisional and personal targets, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
6. Document customer responses, and forward it to the sales head for further distribution
7. Understand application knowledge & upgrade the same on a continuous basis
8. Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends
9. Create and maintain positive client relationships to build a business
Required experience and qualifications:
- Fluency in English, written, and oral
- Industry knowledge and connect
- Skilled in utilizing the internet and social media tools for researching and connecting with potential leads
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office tools, particularly MS PowerPoint
- Motivated to work with tight deadlines and ambitious targets
- Strong individual contributor as well as a team player
