We are on the hunt for Sales Intern. This is a field sales role & requires individual who can execute distribution strategies, marketing activations, enhance our brand’s awareness quotient & engage our target audience effectively in the retail distribution space.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a skilled communicator, and a collaborative team member.
• This is a field sales role and requires the candidates to be based out of National Capital Region (Gurgaon) & Bangalore.
Sales Intern - Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Partner teams & retailers on the Sales & Business development activities assigned for the geography.
- Daily field visits to retail stores ensure proper awareness building for UniPin offerings. Regular training & periodic refreshers for retailers in the geography on UniPin offerings.
- High engagement with partner teams on Sales & business development plan for the region.
- Help develop demand for company’s offerings in the specified geography through effective communication, engagement & relationships.
- Assist in evaluating new business development opportunities in the geography.
- Engagement with partner teams for marketing activation.
- Periodic maintenance & circulation of sales records/ documents/ reports.
- Review sales performance against sales targets.
Must Have:
- Degree in marketing, business or similar with 1-2 years Sales management & distribution experience.
- Valid driver's license with a two-wheeler for daily commute.
- Proficiency in English & Local language (Kannada for Bangalore & Hindi for National capital region).
- Good networking capabilities and willing to travel extensively throughout their specified area.
- Skilled in training & awareness building, a quick learner who grasps and puts into application the new learnt ideas and strategies.
- Self-motivated & ability to take initiative.
- Ability to navigate fast-paced environments.
