Duties & Responsibilities:

Contact existing as well as potential customers through tele-calling and educate them about products being sold through moglix platform
Keep records of calls and take notes of useful information obtained during the call.
Update customer information in the database
Learn about products and services being sold at moglix platform and explain them to prospects. Ask questions to understand customer requirements
