Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Must be willing to work on Government e-marketplace (GEM), Driving Sales and
business opportunities in the form of Government bids and tenders through GEM/ E-procurement portal.
2. Prepare all tender documents in the specific formats related to the bid and submit the documents within stipulated time limits on the above-mentioned portals.
3. Should have the capacity to learn the submission of Bids like RFQ, RFP, EOI, Bunch Bid, Reverse Bid, Custom Bid, and Normal Bid.
4. Should have the capacity to coordinate with the respective officials for the documentation and get the progress of the tender.
Requirements:
1. Hands-on experience in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT, Email drafting, Google Drive, and Google Docs and working on tender specifications.
2. The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines with good communication skills.
3. Candidate should have excellent communication skills, personality, and passion to learn and perform in Marketing and sales functions.
