Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Showing office space to clients, execute sales strategy and maintain high occupancy in the Business Centre at Gurgaon
2. Working closely with the operations head at front office, and tech team in order to achieve operational objectives
3. Managing community initiatives designed to develop member relationships
4. Inputting and maintaining accurate data across various platforms
5. Overseeing and executing daily office operations
6. Liaisoning with the facilities team on building operations and maintenance
7. Managing local vendors and potentially admin supervisors
8. Seeking opportunities to engage members to discover and discuss member's objectives / issues, if any
9. Resolving member complaints through neutral fact investigation, and resolving with management and site operations team support
10. Recommending best practices, including but not limited to community management, sales, events, training, and member experience on a company-wide level
