Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Maintaining client databases generated through promotional activities
2. Sending details of properties & convincing prospective clients to a site visit
3. Arranging site visits and showing properties
4. Determining clients' needs and financial abilities & guiding buyers in purchasing property
5. Working to build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
6. Ensuring fair and honest dealing & completing the sales targets
7. Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
8. Presenting sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Requirements:
1. Passionate & Pleasant Preferred from South Mumbai or should know South Mumbai Location
3. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
4. A passion for real estate and a customer-centric approach
5. Self-motivated & Focused on result oriented approach & achieving targets
