Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company
2. Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration
3. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
4. Partnering with other businesses to identify new growth opportunities
5. Attending networking events and conferences to attract new clients
6. Providing training and mentorship to staff members
7. Analyzing sales data and trends to identify new growth opportunities
8. Keeping up-to-date with changes in consumption and industry trends
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a similar industry or market segment
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
4. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
5. Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
8. Knowledge of market research techniques and analysis
9. Flexibility to travel, if required
