Key Responsibilities:
Sales Data Analysis:
Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Generate reports and dashboards to track key sales metrics and performance indicators.
Help maintain data accuracy and integrity within our CRM system.
Sales Process Optimization:
Collaborate with the sales operations team to streamline sales processes and workflows.
Sales Support:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales documents, presentations, and proposals.
Assist in managing sales inquiries, leads, and customer communications.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts between sales, marketing, and other departments as needed.
Sales Logistics: Handle Logistics.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Prior experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
