Job Description

· Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Public, Relation, or any related field. (students are eligible)

· Good verbal communication skills(oral and written). Good interpersonal skills especially convincing

· Self-driven and motivated. Keen to conduct seminars in colleges, coaching institutes

· Proficiency in crafting engaging content.

· Familiarity with digital communication tools.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Should love interacting with people and v good negotiator

· Adaptability in dynamic environments

· Develop activity and engagement plan for the target segment

· Accept and achieve sales targets for the target segment

· Develop expert knowledge of the firm's offerings to present suitable solutions to the target segment

· Suggest product enhancements / changes to make the offerings more attractive to the target segment

· Supervise a team who manage and nurture relationships with the target segment
