Job Description:

• Responsible for generating Sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers
  
• Report on Sales Activities
  
• Reaching the targets and goals set by the Management
  
• Developing sales strategies and setting targets
  
• Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
  
• Collecting customer feedback and market research
  
• Keeping updates of the realty sector and competitors
  
• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  
• Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  
• Develop positive relationships with clients
  
• Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  
• The job requires achieving the set target and establishing contact with Sr. Management of the client organization, he can extract the information that would be beneficial to the organization the client to protect the company sales with the client.
  
• Should be self-motivated, target driven, good negotiator and problem solving individual who through his drive, perseverance and dedication be able to get to achieve his goals.
  

• Should have good communication planning skills.
  
• Very Presentable, Smart, should have knowledge on Market, lead generation, Client Interaction, Getting the Projects and closing the deal .
  
• Preparing MIS Reports , interacting with the channel partners , Candidate should be Sales oriented
  
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Negotiating capacity.

• Salary As per industry standards, Attractive Incentives , petrol allowances , mobile charges
