Travel required - Yes -- Min.15 to 20 days in a month all over India

Package (fixed+variable)
7 - 9 lakhs CTC per annum

Ready to travel all part of the country during all season.

Job Responsibilities
/ KRAs
ü To Lead a team of 12 Engineers/Asst Managers/Team Leads.
ü Capable to demonstrate and convince customers for buying capital equipment.
ü Experience of conceptual based sales not the catalogue sales.
ü Responsible for achieving the sales/billing targets set by the organization.
ü Responsible for products/spares sales of MTP (M/c Tool Products) to OEM & End users.
ü Responsible for recruitment & training of his sub-ordinates.
ü Establish & maintain sales process & ensure the achievement of desired output.
ü Maintain Good and healthy relationship between customers/stake holders & colleagues.
ü Co-ordinate with Design, Production, QC/QA, Customer support team to ensure the smooth flow of information & On Time Delivery.
ü Responsible for End To End process of sales from generation of enquiry to collection of final payment.
KRAs
1.Plan V/s Achieved -- Sales/Billing for the month/year.
2.No.of New customers acquisition -- for every Quarter.
3. To collect payments on time.
4 Strike rate of enquiry v/s quotation.& Quotation v/s Orders
