We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management. the one who:-

• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands a company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of the advertising media competition status.
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

Job Responsibilities :

• Sales Manager have to guide his team day to day task.
• Direct and plan with them for market research and target clients.

• Supervise his team regarding the B to B market approach.
• Guide team to find out who controls the advertising budget in target organizations and contacting them
• Explaining the benefits of your medium, using statistics on readership or viewing figures
• Team super visioning and provide training to new joining.
• Direct sales approach and visit to prestigious and high profile clients.
• Eligibility: MBA (Marketing) with 5 to 10 years of Manager level experience. 
• (Media sales experience would be given preference.) 
• Salary: Above 50000/- month + incentives.
