To exercise this, we have our experienced and well-trained Relationship Managers, who work closely with the client's HR Managers to serve them for their staffing needs. On their advice we proceed and process for their specific requirements and line up the talents after verification and confirmation of their qualification, experience as per requirement of our clients through our above mentioned network. Selection Process It is based on the short-listing matrix given by our clients, where we use our experience and common sense also. It becomes visible at the time of interviewing our candidates. We start with an Aptitude test. Then Credential verification and psychometric test is done. And finally we take detailed and incisive interviews.
