Job Overview:

Manager - Sales is responsible for meeting potential clients (advertiser),agency acquisition and creating long term relationship with the advertisers/customers/ agencies, maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and executing the same. He / She will be responsible to meet revenue targets by keeping up the company competitive and innovative values.

Job Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include the following;

Passionate about Sales and Goal Oriented

Identifying new clients and retention of old clients, create a good rapport with potentials clients

In-depth analysis of competitive media and prevailing advertising trends

Should have the ability to convince the advertisers, clients & agencies about the medium and its advantages with supporting data and creative inputs.

Should have experience in implementing advertising campaigns and supervising various advertising camping

Should be able to create long term relations with these advertisers across TV, Radio, outdoor and acquire spend-share from whichever budgets this medium can get its share from

Work with marketing team hand in hand to convert sales leads into active clients

Market Mapping - Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status through market analysis

Prepare sales reports - weekly sales report, sales projection report, monthly sales plan, etc...

Job Requirements:

Mentioned below are some requirements for the Sales Manager position.

Must have 6 – 10 years of experience of Media / Advertising Sales in either of TV, Radio, OOH/Digital OOH or Print Mediums

Quick-witted personality. Candidate should have excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak and listen, as well as clearly express their ideas

Strong in problem-solving skill, Grievance Handling Teamwork & Accountability

Ability to make decisions, work through stressful situations.

Strong business sense and industry expertise

Physical Requirement:

Willing to Travel as per the job demands

Working Time:

General Shift: Flexible Shift, Monday to Friday, Saturday (1st and 3rd )

We are looking for 1-2 yrs experience onlySalary in the range of around 17,000 20,000 / month salary Incentives upto 50K INR / Mo will be provided based on performance.
