We're looking for Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing our 2 to 3 branches, including handling Office Admins, Sales Executives, Distributors / Retailers / Small Shops in rural areas.
Main Role is to acquire new clients for business growth and maximize the profits of the organization by meeting the required sales targets with the support of sales team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
He will be responsible for achieving the sales targets regional basis on daily, weekly and monthly basis and to carry out business development activities
Responsible for handling and coordinating with minimum 2 to 3 branch dealers & SPOC (single point of contact for any escalation)
Respond to all enquiries in time. Sends quotations by negotiating on price and finalize orders within the guidelines with prior approval and clarifies technical and commercial aspects.
Control sales, general and administrative expenses within the agreed budget; ensure customer overdue accounts are kept to a minimum
To analyse customer satisfaction survey and developing action plan in coordination with superiors in order to enhance the customer satisfaction level.
To visit customers regularly, discuss problems and solution of parties, draws plan of action and implements all agreed and approved points.
He will be responsible to shortlist locations to drive the sales with the support of sales team
Conduct market research for the product movement and understanding customer needs and requirements
Conducts review discussions/wakeup meetings on weekly basis with all sales team and office admins to drive sales
Very Strong Communication Skills – Local Language
Highly Self Driven, and should have team handling skills
Strong negotiation skills, along with strong understanding on local market, should be able to travel
3+ years of experience into Sales and Team handling
Should have 2 wheeler with valid DL / LL along with vehicle documents, able to travel to other branches as in when required.
Salary and Other details:
Salary Details – Will be decided based on the interview / experience / skill set
Incentives will be given on monthly, based on the performance and targets (Explained in detail at the time of Interview)
6 days working (Currently Sunday Fixed Off) *
Work Timings – 10am to 6.30pm*
National Holidays / Festivals – Depending on the Sales and Requirements, candidate should be ready to work
