Seeking an experienced HORRECA Sales Manager (Food & Beverage/ FMCG). The role is based in DELHI In order to be considered, must have relevant Sales experience handling Food Service accounts specific to HORECA customers.
As the Sales Manager (HORRECA),you will be responsible will be responsible for managing and developing institutional key accounts in and to take complete ownership for the sales volumes, profitability and growth in that segment
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience of 5-10 years in solution sales/consultative sales.
- Candidates with good network and exposure in Horeca Sales preferred
- Strong business orientation and commitment to goals
- Ability to understand the customers’ needs and develop appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding customers business requirements and presenting the new concept and creating valuable partnerships
- Developing and maximizing sales at existing customers in HORECA
- Identifying and analyzing potential needs and demands whilst working towards new clients in the HORECA channel
- Identifying target players in the industry/market
- Creating a brand image by promoting and launching the new concept
- Planning and implementing product demos, local campaigns and sales promotions to potential customers to build on the new concept
- Providing key account customer focus, building genuine partnerships and sharing multidisciplinary connect that jointly generates unique solutions
- Preparing annual plans for sales volumes, margins and pricing
- Planning and strategizing to ensure healthy pipeline and profits
- Strong Food Service contacts
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record in developing markets and achieving business results
- Must have own Vehicle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned food service accounts by utilizing fact-based selling methods
- Responsibility to acquire new food service accounts
- Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
- Identifying market potential in order to establish new account, achieve food service sales volume, revenue and profitability goals
- Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers so as to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeliness and cost
- Approval and critique of promotional programs with the objective of improving effectiveness and efficiency in trade spending and brand consumption development
- Develops and executes effective HORRECA account-specific marketing & Sales programs.
