Job Description

Coordinate sales efforts by defining sales territories, quotas, targets, and develop training programs for sales representatives.

Analyze sales data, determine sales potential and monitor customer preferences.

Have strong organizational skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills, creativity, business skills, negotiation strategies and the ability to manage subordinates.

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
