Job Description

Responsible for client acquisitions into RPO Temporary staffing Industry.
Direct interaction with the Key Decision Makers-Head HR/VP HR/ Director HR and understanding the requirement
Marketing Intelligence
Making cold calls
Lead generation
Identifying & Generating Prospects of New clients.
Create New business opportunities With Competitive cost.
Manage the business development pipeline
Bringing new clients on-board and generating revenues.
Marketing Temp Staffing Services and training services to Corporate Clients in given territory.
Developing Strong Client relationship.
Developing and negotiating contracts
